i am very upset at the fact that microsoft has repeatidly shown such horrible
customer support. i bought a zune device not to long ago and loved it
recommended it to many of my customers walking into my store saying how much
better it is than an ipod, WRONG! nothing but problems and finaly it gives
out on me and i've only had it for i wanna say 5 months and microsoft had the
nerve to ask me that i could fix it for $109 dollars... uhm problem with this
is that the 30 gig dropped down in price to 80 bucks yea can you say stupid!
oh and they wanted to tell me that my zune was out of warranty! uhm NO! i
have a year it said so on the warranty paper that comes inside the box! yea i
recommend to everyone BUY AN IPOD AND DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON

Maybe you should think about contacting the better business bureau about
what is happing to you. You could also contact consumer affairs about the
matter. It seems like that would be the only place you could get some help
at this point. You really should pursue it.
